An important thing is that you must go for exercises daily since health and fitness will not be achieved without physical exercise.
It is important that you have enough sleep when you want to have a healthy life. The lack of sleep may make you feel tired the following day. You should work hard but you must also make sure that you have enough sleep so that the body would get the time to replenish itself.
Avoid skipping breakfast, regardless of how busy you are. You have to remember that breakfast is the first as well as the most important meal of the day. This works as the fuel for the body and would keep you going for the rest of the day too. When you are going to skip breakfast, then you are going to feel hungrier at the end of the day, and you would end up eating more. You may gain weight if you are going to skip breakfast.
