Finally, the lifestyle we lead is the fourth pillar towards health and wellness of our bodies. This entails that we make it a habit to do daily exercises even though not vigorous, to keep our bodies fit and healthy. It is also imperative that we reduce pollution from other drugs or chemicals, toxins, carcinogens, and stress that might endanger our immune system.
